Shipping policy
Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to dispatch.
All items will be made and dispatched from Miami or Los Angeles. Shipping fees are calculated based on the location of your specified shipping address at checkout. Prior to checkout, an estimated postage price is displayed on the product page which is updated with the exact postage price at checkout.
We currently cannot ship to addresses that include PO Boxes.
Shipping time frames presented below are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

IMPORTANT: All shipping will include real-time tracking service and your package can be tracked here. Please be aware that there is no insurance coverage for your package if it becomes lost or stolen during transit, or after it has been delivered. We have partnered with Route to provide insurance service as a small add-on fee that you can select at checkout. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding insurance protection.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
International customers (outside Thailand) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by the local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's customs office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If a wrong address is entered, please contact our customer service ASAP via the email address cs@midorijewelry.co or Live Chat. If your order has already been shipped prior to receiving the correct address, unfortunately, we are not responsible for retrieving the package or issuing any refund.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package has failed to deliver and returned to us, a $5 processing fee will be charged on top of a second shipping label that the customer must purchase in order for the package to be shipped again.
